Information and Communication Technologies

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th Ecuadorian Conference on Information and Communication Technologies, TICEC 2024, held in Loja, Ecuador, during October 16–18, 2024. The 24 full papers presented here were carefully reviewed and selected from 74 submissions.
