This book constitutes revised selected papers from the 4th International Workshop on Distributed Computing for Emerging Smart Networks, DiCES-N 2023, which took place in Bizerte, Tunisia, on May 27, 2023. The 6 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 13 submissions. The book also contains one invited talk.
