Computing and Informatics

This book constitutes the revised selected papers of the 9th International conference, ICOCI 2023, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, during September 13–15, 2023. The 55 full papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 134 submissions.
