Telematics and Computing

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 12th International Congress on Telematics and Computing, WITCOM 2023, held in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, in November 2023. The 35 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 88 submissions.
