This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th International Symposium on Parallel Architectures, Algorithms and Programming, PAAP 2020, held in Shenzhen, China, in December 2020. The 37 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 75 submissions.
