This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th Workshop on Uncertainty for Safe Utilization of Machine Learning in Medical Imaging, UNSURE 2024, held in conjunction with MICCAI 2024, Marrakesh, Morocco, on October 10, 2024. The 20 full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 28 submissions.
